This application ("Bookie") is private software operated by Husband.LLC for its own bookkeeping. By using it you agree to the following.
Bookie is provided for the sole use of Husband.LLC and its authorized owners. It is not licensed, sold, or made available to any third party.
Bookie performs bookkeeping tasks against the Husband.LLC QuickBooks Online company: categorization, reconciliation, reporting, and year-end preparation. Bookie does not provide tax, legal, or investment advice; final tax decisions rest with the company's licensed accountant.
Bookie is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Husband.LLC is responsible for reviewing its books and filings; Bookie is a tool that assists, not a substitute for professional judgment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application.
Access may be revoked at any time through QuickBooks Online's connected-apps settings, which immediately terminates Bookie's access to company data.
